1.how to order?

   you can choose any you want add in cart and checkout then  you can fill all your info,and then checkout again, and  it showing a botton about "send payment" click it , it will showing payment link,and you can  make the  payment or pay by credit cart,  when we got your order , we arrange it in one day, and give you tracking number in same day, about 7-9 days , you can get the pacakge.
 

2.if you do  have  account, how can i pay with credit card?
   when you checkout and showing  website link, in the left part, it showing "Sign up for a account and continue checkout", please click continue checkout, and you can fill all your credit card info and make payment, otherwise, please  sign up an account in then to pay.

3. I want to order from your site, but I want to get a sample first. Can I? What is the minimum order?
   Yes you can order a sample from our site.
   The minimum order is one pair, and you can order any quantity.

4.   Insurance and tax and sample order cost

our products shipping from china ,the price list in website including  shipping cost , but  when  you order , it total will add little for insurance and sample order cost and tax fee,  if you order more than 120usd, it will no cost for sample order, if you order more then 400usd, it will  no have tax fee, but it have insurance,our price so low, so we add that,hope you can understand.

5. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?
   We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as possible when we get the tracking number.it about 2 day after we get your information of payment.

6. When and how can I tracking my order status?
   Generally, after 2 days you can trace your package(s) when we send you tracking number.

7. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
   It base on which method to send,usually,takes 7 business days to receive your order. Please note that business days do not include weekends.
